Determine Eligibility

Apply for Passport
Once your application has been approved by the CIU, the balance of the Government processing fees becomes payable as well as the investment or donation amount. Finally, the passport application is submitted to the CIU.
Am I Eligible for applying to a Second Citizenship?
Eligibility
- NAn individual with minimum age of 18 years
- NApplicant must also fulfill requirements for investment and also invest the prescribed amount through the program.
- NThe applicants are allowed to add the following depending members in his/her St Kitts and Nevis citizenship application:
- ESpouse
- EChildren under the age of 18 years
- EChildren between 18 – 30 years who are financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
- EParents or grandparents of either the principal applicant or his or her Spouse who are over 55 years and financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
- ESibling of the Principal Applicant or Spouse who is 30 years or younger, unmarried, childless and financially dependent on the Principal Applicant
Ineligibility
- MPassport application with misrepresented or omitted information
- MHas been denied a visa to a country, where St Kitts and Nevis passport allows visa-free travel
- MCitizens of Iran, Afghanistan or North Korea.
What are the documents required?
